This subseries comprises materials related to Dunham's work as a consultant to the Provincial Development Program in the Indonesian Department of Industries, October 1978 to December 1980. Items include a speech, a report, and various maps.
The program was based in Semarang and funded by USAID. Dunham worked primarily on a pilot credit scheme for small rural industries, but was also involved with other projects including training field workers, baseline research on cottage industries and non-farm employment, poor rural women, and technology.
