No Names for Picture. See lecture booklet - "Small gardens and terraces" - Slide # 63. Locust trees for shade. From Connecticut across Long Island Sound in Stony Brook, Long Island, we find this enchantnting path called Lovers Lane by its owners. It leads from their house to the water and is lined with spring bulbs naturalized under the cedars and forsythia. Locust trees give shade and fragrance in the summer.
