Personal and professional correspondence, 1977-1996; diaries; sketchbooks; scrapbooks; hand-made artists' books containing poems and photographs of Cecchetti's paintings; printed material; and photographs, contact sheets, and slides of Cecchetti's work. Also found are 0.3 feet of research files and related material for an exhibition curated by Cecchetti, "Eclectic Selections: Art in Paterson at the End of the Twentieth Century," featuring 35 contemporary artists (including Cecchetti) working in the Paterson, N.J. area, on view at the Paterson Art Museum from June through September 1999. Included are the published catalog, catalog mss. drafts, press releases, photographs, reviews, and a scrapbook containing notes on each artist, photographs of the artist and his or her work, artists' statements, biographies and résumés, and Cecchetti's detailed commentaries on her visits to the artists' studios.
In addition to Cecchetti, artists in the show included: Amir Akwetee, Werner Brause, Fred Duignan, Walter Eres, Tim Gaydos, Teresa Harris, Glenn Hutton, Don Kommit, Larry Lear, Juan Ramón López, Frank Marchese, Dennis Marshall, Alicia Maury, Isabel Monticelli, Ken Morris, Jr, Michael Murphy, F.L. Niccoletti, John Paterson, Gilbert Riou, Joe Ruffilo, Vincent Salvati, Mitch Santiago, Debra Lynn Scott, Anne Simon, Karenann Sinocchi, Gerald Slota, Randy L. Stephens, Yuri Tchary, Tomaz Tomanek, George Tschurjumow, Gregory van Maanan, Eugene Weber, and Norman Woehrle.
