Scope and Contents:
View overlooking a group portrait taken in the Badlands on the Rosebud Reservation, South Dakota. The original glass plate negative has two handwritten notes by Mary Jennerson. The first is painted on the glass plate and reads, "In the Badlands at the foot of Cedar Butte, Rosebud, S.D. May 30, '05." The note is on a piece of paper taped to the negative and reads, "Road through the Badlands S. Dakota." Photograph by Horace G. Jennerson.
