S.; Ke-man-ha (the Wind facer), for the Arkansas or Santsukhdhi band; Ca-y-ga-tang-ge (the Great Chief), first signer for the Little Osage or Utsehta band, followed by 11 others; Te-shu-hing-ga (White Hair), first signer for the Great Osage or Pahatsi band, followed by 10 others; 13 U. S. Army officers, Indian agents and interpreters as witnesses. Most of the names are copied hurridly in the same hand as the treaty.
