This garden was at the home of Jan C. Juta (1895-1990), a noted South African-born artist who was at one time in charge of the United Nations' Visual Information Section. The garden, in suburban Mendham, New Jersey, featured perennial borders, stone walls, a pool, and views to surrounding woods and fields.
