Front depicts three old men in robes (monks?) sitting around a table enjoying Bryant's Root Beer Extract. The verso has a box selling the extract to make "5 gallons with 10 cents." It also says it can be used for nerves and as a stimluant. Bottom of the card has the imprint of Geo. W. Smith, Pittsfield, Mass.
