16 mm composite optical track print, 425 feet, 12 minutes

Film made for Bobcat dealers to encourage the creation of a successful service department. This message is conveyed through the humorous story of Wilbur Brown, a mechanic who attends the specialized Melroe Bobcat Service School in Gwinner, North Dakota. Also highlighted is the computerized parts department in Chicago, Clark Central Parts, which ships all official Bobcat parts. Footage includes parts on conveyor belts and the punch card technology that was used to track inventory and to perform billing.
