A 1979 in-house manual entitled "Visual Communications for Field Use", a guide to signage by the corporation's Design System Standards and Controls department. A group of user's manuals for the Penncraft and Penney brands of riding lawn mowers and hand-reel mowers. A boxed kit, probably for home economics classes (since it was put out by Penney's Educational Relations department, entitled "How to Buy Shoes: Consumer Buying Series". Kit includes: a poster entitled "Materials & Care", that contains swatches of different types of leather and man-made materials that go into constructing shoes ; an illustrated poster entitled "Does the Shoe Fit?" ; a film strip entitled "How to Buy Shoes" ; a stack of 20 identical leaflets entitled "Shoe Buying Guide" ; a comentary & teacher's guide entitled "How to buy Shoes" ; and inside of an envelope, a group of 20 lables entitled "Sanitized for cleaner, better wear."
