Scope and Contents:
Edited film documents various aspects of life in the Alps in Switzerland, France, and Italy. Shown are scenes of the Jet D'ou in Geneva, making crepes in France, and camping in the Dolomites in Italy. Included are scenes of markets, casinos, street scenes, metal and woodwork, rockclimbing and helicopter rescue, a fife and drum parade, contemporary and historical architecture, lakes, rural areas, churches, castles, ski lifts, camping, wrestling contests, games of curling, hanggliding, and the Falzareco monument.
