General Gallery Correspondence primarily consists of letters regarding proposed exhibitions which were never executed. These contain between one and three letters from various artists and others including Mario Bencomo, Deborah Brown, Rosemarie Chiarlone, Luis Cruz-Azaceta (one illustrated letter), Susan Emery Eisenberg (one illustrated holiday card), Dale Eldred, Scott Hartley, Marcia Isaacson, Lila Katzen, Alice Lewis, Dan Rice, Michael J. Sastre, Tom Seghi, Alice Terry, and Regina Vater.

The correspondence files for the Cultural Executives Council, Inc., InterAmerican Art Gallery, and National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts consists of letters exchanged with each institution.
