Cassandra Pelczynoki with her niece and great niece in her newly renovated kitchen. Cassandra, an art teacher with the Baltimore County School System, was the first new buyer in Butchers Hill. Since she purchased her house two years ago, all of the remaining Victorian rowhouses have been purchased and place under renovation.
