A series of six negatives on one 35mm film strip depicting a civil disturbance which occurred around 9th Street and U Street in Washington, D.C. in 1968 after the death of Martin Luther King. Three of the pictures are street shots involving civilians, police and Army soldiers. The other three show fire fighters putting out a building fire. No ink on negative.
