In this segment, tribal chairman Wallace Coffey introduces the festival afternoon powwow style cultural celebration, which begins with the Posting of Colors by the Comanche Honor Guard, followed by a Grand Entry of tribal members in their regalia. The festival was webcast and recorded in the Potomac Atrium of the National Museum of the American Indian on November 28, 2014.
