Interning with the National Air and Space Museum's STEM in 30 Team
One path to getting the job you want is through interning! Interns are students who work in real-world positions to gain experience. The 14th Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution Lonnie Bunch III, started out his career as an intern right here at the National Air and Space Museum! Interns can learn a lot about the field they are interested in by working with their advisors. Plus, interns get hands-on, real-world experience! We’ve had a chance to work with some amazing students through internships here at the National Air and Space Museum. To learn more, let’s hear from some of the interns who have worked on our STEM in 30 team! This video was a part a full episode of STEM in 30 titled "What do you want to be when you grow up?
