Illustrated title page depicts five soldiers standing at attention in front of a tank, the Eiffel Tower, eight flags, a crowd of other soldiers, and a line of airplanes
Verso of page 3 has facsimile of Sept. 6, 1918 affidavit (with Seneca G. Lewis's signature) saying that royalties and profits from the songs Columbia and Georgia land sold through the Pennsylvania Rubber Co. will be forwarded to the New York Sun Smoke Fund. Also included is an itemized list of royalities and profits that have already been forwarded to the fund, totalling $4,114.69. Caption reads, "America's Problem, ships and food--to send the most food possible in least shipping space." Manicule/pointing hand graphics in the margins point towards images of wheat and have captions "Do your bit," "Save wheat," "Food is ammunition," "Don't waste it," and "Help win the war." Two manicules/fists have a ship and a bushel of vegetables. At foot of page: "Solution: eat more fish, cheese, eggs, poultry and save beef, pork and mutton for our fighters." "Neo-Gravure Printing Co., New York"
