Review of an exhibition of objects and jewelry from the reign of Hatshepsut, a woman who ruled as a king in ancient Egypt along with her nephew Thutmose III. Jewelry included a strand of gold and Egyptian blue beads and feline heads; Egyptian blue shebiu collar; an a bracelet and a broad collar of nefer amulets. Other objects were sphinxes portraying Hatshepsut. The exhibition was shown at the M. H. de Young Museum, San Francisco, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, and the Kimball Museum of Art, Forth Worth, Texas.
