Summary:
Showing the history of the first stone house in San Francisco, this film traces the full restoration of the building under the care of Agnes Bourne. The film uses old black and white pictures of the house and tells the history of the building. The film then moves to the current times where Bourne is saving the house from turnign into condominiums. Pulling in hundreds of workers from around the world, Bourne renovates the house with a focus on the environment using environmentally friendly products.
