SCDIRB copy 39088019502871 has an acquisitions note penciled in the gutter of page 1 (2nd group): Dr. & Mrs. V. Clain-Stefanelli; 12/24/64 (MHT).
SCDIRB copy has the initials "J.B.H." handwritten in old ink on the title page.
SCDIRB copy has a wrapper made from printed music. The volume is closely cropped along the top edge, with text slightly affected on some leaves. The final blank leaf is wanting (or may = pi1?). Housed in an archival envelope for preservation.
