Israel Janney's "Ledger B" : being the account book kept at his store and mill near Goose Creek, Loudoun County, Virginia, 1784-1793 / edited by Werner & Asa Moore Janney
A copy of the ledger of Israel Janney, who two centuries ago ran a mill and the attached store about a mile and a half southeast of what is now Lincoln in Loudoun County, Virginia. The ledger covers the charge accounts of the store from 1784-1793, with some entries carried forward from an earlier ledger that went back into the 1770s.
