The first section of the appendix, "Finishes analysis," was prepared for Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners LLP by Integrated Conservation Resources, and includes information about paint stratigraphy analysis, suggested color matching for the presumed original paint colors, and an analysis of cleaning methods.
The second section of the appendix is a photocopy of the typescript report prepared by the NYC Historic Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1974 for the Cooper-Hewitt mansion and the adjacent Fox-Miller House.
Text printed in double columns.
Includes assessments of the condition of various rooms and the building's interior and exterior infrastructure, with photographs of areas of concern.
