Ten lithographs in wood and glass frames, numbered as Metaphors 1-10. One edge of each frame is painted orange. The title, publication information, and listing of contents is framed separately in an eleventh wood and glass frame, with one edge painted white. All eleven frames are held in a specially constructed wooden box; the box is painted orange and decorated with a serpent motif. Individual lithographs all measure 27 x 25 cm
