Summary:
View from the top of the Smithsonian Institution Building (SIB) of the construction site of the Island Garden set adjacent to the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery (AMSG), which is also still under construction. The garden with the central island with four bridges suspended over a pool is inspired by the setting for the Temple of Heaven in Beijing.
