Summary:
The Board of Regents decided to invite Mr. Charles Lang Freer to exhibit parts of his art collection in Washington in order for the Regents and members of Congress to view them before making a decision about accepting the gift. Includes a copy of a letter from President Theodore Roosevelt encouraging the Board of Regents to accept Mr. Freer's gift.
