Leonard P. Schultz was an Ichthyologist, field naturalist, curator and senior zoologist at the United States National Museum, now known as the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH).
Summary:
Report of the first meeting of the Shark Research Panel of the American Institute of Biological Sciences, establishing participants and work to be carried out. Prepared by Dr. Leonard P. Schultz, curator of fishes at the National Museum of Natural History with Dr. Perry W. Gilbert of Cornell University. Shark attack file was maintained at the NMNH from 1958 to 1968.
