Image of José Góndola, Watson M. Perrygo and Aniceto Góndola sitting in a boat on a river near Chilar, Colón Panama. Perrygo, a U.S. National Museum taxidermist, joined Smithsonian Secretary Alexander Wetmore on an ornithological expedition to Panama in 1952. The image was taken by Wetmore on March 7, 1952.
