Summary:
Two large granite water vessels and their accompanying fountain pools and radial benches are installed on the northwest corners of the intersection of Congress and Main Streets in downtown Houston. Water flows over the top and down the rippled surfaces of each vessels into a fountain pool surrounded by a low granite bench.
