Summary:
The scene is a long view of the the New Jersey bay looking east toward Atlantic City with the sun rising. The dawn is about to break over the horizon as reflected in the pinkish red colored sky with a few clouds. There is a brown colored marsh reed grass in the foreground. There is a tree on the left and shimmering water in the center. There are two sailboats in the middle center on the horizon. The Atlantic City skyline with several tall buildings in the familiar shape of the historic hotels is shown on the right.
