Summary:
An abstract mobile sculpture consisting of eight "wings" of varying sizes representing angels ascending toward the heavens. The lower wings are the largest, with progressively smaller wings nearer the ceiling, giving an exaggerated sense of perspective. The wings are fabricated of brushed aluminum and the surfaces are adorned with raised shapes and brazing patterns. The mobile is attached to the ceiling with a mounting structure made of aluminum with stainless steel cables, which allow each wing to slowly rotate independently.
