Summary:
Rectangular relief over the Maxwell Anderson house dining room fireplace depicting Henry Varnum Poor, and Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell Anderson, with each figure in a square frame. Henry Varnum Poor is depicted on the far left wearing a heavy apron, his body facing forward as he stands in front of a sawhorse while a builder behind him constructs on a house. In the middle frame, a nude figure of Maxwell Anderson is seated cross-legged along on a beach chair, his right hand raised to his face. In the far right frame, a nude figure of Mrs. Maxwell Anderson is seated along the water's edge, her gaze directed down toward the water.
