Summary:

Interior scene depicting a nearly empty apartment bedroom, with a female figure seated on the bed, her body turned in profile to the right, her knees drawn up, her arms resting across her legs, and her gazed directed out a window on the opposite side of the room. Through the window the rooftops of a neighboring buildings are visible. Strong morning sunlight shines through the window, highlighting the female figure and casting her shadow across the bed covers. The female figure wears a sleeveless pink dress, and her blond hair is pulled back in a bun at the back of her head.
