Summary:
This lunette is one of eight along the east end mezzanine that illustrate battle scenes. The view here shows the August 8, 1861 battle between Union and Confederate troops positioned on either side of Wilson's Creek. General Sterling Price mounted on his horse on the right leads his victorious Confederate soldiers in battle.
