Summary:
Interior of a barn with two men seated opposite one another, one man smoking a pipe, the other man staring at the ground. Behind them there is a pile of pumpkins and a barrel filled with rakes, and a horse standing in his stall. The shadow of a another horse is visible on the barrel. The floor is covered with corn husks and a few corn cobs.
