A free-standing structure of linear, stainless steel shapes creating a gazebo like structure topped by a gridded, open dome with a wind vane mounted in the middle. Within the pavilion is a circular seating area of stone benches. The structure is an armature for a variety of weather-reading instruments, including an anemometer, barometer, thermometer, rain gauge, and a central wind organ, compass, and wind-zither to respond sonically to the changing wind and create a more sensory experience.
