Figurative grouping consists of a woman with three children who have disabilities. The woman wears a sweater and straight skirt. Her proper left hand rests on the head a boy seated at her feet. There are two little girls in dresses on the other side of the woman. The girl on the far left is crawling. The other girl is standing, looking up with hands raised to her face.
