Summary:
Bronze bas-relief plaque of two West Indians shown in proper right profile. The figures are depicted from the waist up. Both wear scarves which are wrapped around their heads. The closest figure is on the left side of the relief. The second figure is in the center, and is more distant. On the right side of the relief is a depiction of the Statue of Liberty. The relief plaque is mounted to a polished red granite panel which is attached to the side of a brick column.
