Summary:
A pyramidal, rough-edged commemorate marker with a bas-relief of two rifles stacked over a pack with a flag and other implements of war. The marker has a triangular cap with a medallion with the State of Ohio seal in the center. The back of the marker is polished. The marker is set upon a rectangular, rough-edged base.
