Summary:
A nude, winged cherub with a halo sits atop a decorative hinge that supports a three-sided clock on the corner of a building. The cherub's arms are wrapped around an architectural element; its proper right leg drawn upwards. The cherub's head is turned to the proper left and looks downward.
