Summary:
A bronze allegorical figure draped in classical robes is seated on a granite bench with its proper right arm resting on the back of the bench and its proper left arm resting on a scroll unfurled across its lap. The figure's robes are loosely draped across the back of the granite bench. The bench is adorned at each end with carved wings and a shallow bronze urn.
