Summary:
An ornate drinking fountain with two side basins, topped with a leaf carving that may once have included a light. On the front of the fountain is a CSA monogram, with a relief of a crossed sword and a musket draped with flags below it. The rear of the fountain is adorned with a relief of a leaf. The fountain is set on pavement.
