Summary:
A multi-part sculpture placed along several walls of the Administration building. One wall includes cast bronze and painted aluminum shapes, including a propellor on a pole (giving the illusion of slicing through the building); a triangular grid pattern painted royal blue; another grid pattern painted blue, and a fourth boat-shaped piece of aluminum painted yellow. A cast bronze rope threads through the first three pieces. The fifth piece attaches to the main body of the Administration building and is composed of six "rays" of aluminum, painted blue.
