Summary:
A wall relief of Father Time and his daughter Truth reclining on clouds above a stylized setting sun and water motif, reaching toward one another. Truth is on the left, seen nude, wearing a headdress with flowing hair, her proper left hand reaching to the center towards her father's outstretched proper right hand. She holds a lamp in her proper right hand. Father Time has a beard and is covered with slight drapery, holding an hourglass in his proper left hand.
