Summary:
A granite stele is adorned on the front with a bronze commemorative relief plaque topped by an eagle perched on an American Legion emblem. On either side of the emblem is a narrow band containing a relief of a World War I battlefield. On the left side of the emblem are soldiers manning two cannons and on the right side of the emblem are advancing soldiers with bayonets raised. The stele is mounted on top of a short, rectangular base.
