Summary:
Abstract sculpture of a tall cone shape pointing upward. Balanced on top of the cone is another cone. The cone on top lays horizontally and is cut in half lengthwise down the center. The open half of the cone faces up. The side walls of the metal cones are fluted. The horizontal half-cone turns in the wind. The sculpture sits directly on the ground.
