Summary:
A rectangular marker with etched designs of two emaciated prisoners of war standing behind barbed wire. The man on the left is bare-chested, wears frayed pants cut-off above the knee, and untied army boots. He bows his head and places his proper left hand on the second man's shoulder. The man on the right holds an empty canteen in his proper left hand. He wears a jacket, frayed pants cut-off above the knee and sandals. Behind the marker, an angled stone wall contains plaques decorated with embedded military emblems.
