Summary:
A bust of Roman emperor Claudius wearing a toga adorned on the front with a relief of a lion's head. His toga is gathered over his proper left shoulder and fastened with a round pin. Claudius' head is made of white stone and his toga is made of colored marble. The bust was once mounted on a fluted column which is now broken.
