Summary:
A cabin boy and midshipman are mounted on separate bases. The cabin boy stands with both hands on his hips, his proper right foot crossing over his proper left foot. His head is turned to the left as he leans against a dock tie. His is dressed in a 19th century style sailor uniform with kerchief. A midshipman, also in uniform, stands as if resting against a dock tie. He partially raises his proper right hand as if saluting.
