Summary:
Sculpture is a full-length bronze figure of the goddess "Victory." She has wings which are outspread, and wears a flowing gown. In her proper left hand she holds a gilded olive branch. In her proper right hand, which is raised, she holds a gilded crown of laurel. Figure stands atop a gilded globe. The globe rests on a tall brownstone pedestal, on the face of which is inscribed text. The pedestal has a tiered base.
