Totem pole carved from wood. At the top is a bald eagle with wings spread. The eagle's feet rest on the Liberty Bell. Below the bell is a reproduction of a scroll of the Constitution of the United States. Below the scroll is a bust of George Washington. The bust sits atop a replica of the original flag of the United States. The flag sits atop the Pillar of Justice, a white column, which sits on a base. The base is made of wood and is fashioned to resemble a wall of bricks.
