Summary:
Champ Clark stands resting his proper left hand on a flag-draped podium at his side. He wears a tie and jacket with a knee-length coat over them. The sculpture is mounted on a tiered base, consisting of a large central, rectangular section flanked by two smaller rectangular sections.
